Do you come to my house?

Yes. Rapid Repair Electronics is an on-site service. We come to homes, offices, and job sites in Lafayette, Broussard, Youngsville, and Scott. You stay with the device the whole time.

How fast is a typical phone repair?

Most screen, battery, and charging-port jobs finish during the same visit, often in under an hour once we are on site. Board-level soldering and console work can take longer, and we say so before we start.

What do you repair?

iPhone and Samsung phones (screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, buttons), Xbox consoles (HDMI, power, disc and power issues), and board-level faults that need soldering. We also take small electronics for recycling when we are already out.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on the model and the part. Common phone screens often land between $80 and $180, batteries between $50 and $90, and Xbox HDMI work between $80 and $150. You get a number before any part is opened. A trip fee is quoted before we roll and is usually waived when the repair is booked.

Is there a warranty?

Completed part-and-labor repairs carry 90 days. Board-level soldering carries 30 days, because a stressed board can fail next to the joint we touched. We say which warranty applies before you approve the job.
